由於USCIS預約6月老婆打指紋，而當時她在中國，7月中才來美。
來了之後就拿著過期的預約信去信上指定的地址（之前沒有申請重新預約），結果被拒絕。
昨天收到USCIS的信（intent to deny），限我們在33天內回複，否則I-485作廢。
我們該如何解釋呢？
-Bring the INtent to deny letter and the old biometric appointment to the ASC to do the fingerprinting. Your wife just was unlucky last time and in most cases, the IO in the ASC should allow her to do the fingprinting. Explain the situation to the IO and I think they will let her do it.
After she does the fingerprinting, just provide the fingerprinting receipt to respond to the Intent to Deny.
