我和WIFE結婚很多年了, 現都是綠卡. 我在美國, 老婆在國內待一段時間, 由於各種原因, 可能超過一年的時間. 如果無法證明是沒辦法才超過一年, 綠卡可能就失效了.

-If your wife does not return to US in time is due to pregnancy,  she may try SB-1 visa.

 如果這樣, 請問:

 (1)   我再SPONSOR老婆綠卡申請時, 她可以通過其它簽證先到美國再等綠卡嗎?

-Yes, she may just give up the green card in the US Consulate and then, apply for the B2 visa at the same time to enter US.

(2)   看到其它帖子提到, 如果我是綠卡, 則對方要等2-3年. 如果我入籍(可入尚未入), 這種情況下WIFE要等多長時間, 回快一些嗎?

-Yes. If she is in US, she may get the green card in several months, but if she is in China and want to get the immigration visa there, it may take one year or more because the process takes time.

(3)   同樣, 給在國內生的小孩(出生時我還是綠卡)申請來美國, 如果我入籍的話, 要等多長時間?

-Same as your wife situation.

(4)   對於(3), 等待其間, 可以通過其它簽證把小孩帶到美國再等綠卡嗎?

-Yes, try B2 visa.
