WIFE現在綠卡; 如果綠卡失效了, 我再SPONSOR她

我和WIFE結婚很多年了, 現都是綠卡. 我在美國, 老婆在國內待一段時間, 由於各種原因, 可能超過一年的時間. 如果無法證明是沒辦法才超過一年, 綠卡可能就失效了. 如果這樣, 請問:

 

(1)   我再SPONSOR老婆綠卡申請時, 她可以通過其它簽證先到美國再等綠卡嗎?

(2)   看到其它帖子提到, 如果我是綠卡, 則對方要等2-3年. 如果我入籍(可入尚未入), 這種情況下WIFE要等多長時間, 回快一些嗎?

(3)   同樣, 給在國內生的小孩(出生時我還是綠卡)申請來美國, 如果我入籍的話, 要等多長時間?

(4)   對於(3), 等待其間, 可以通過其它簽證把小孩帶到美國再等綠卡嗎?
