-If your wife has not stayed in China for over one year at present, and she will be overstay for > one year in China after she has the second baby, I think it should be OK for the SB-1 if she has the Dr./Hospital certificate to prove her health does not allow her to travel long distance. Anyway, just try and you never know.
(2) 假設老婆的SB-1拿到, 那時她還可以帶兩個小孩回來嗎（通過TRANSPORTATION LETTER － 入關時辦綠卡而非簽證）？
-Yes as long as the first child does not reach 2 years old when she return to US with the SB-1 visa.
我估計一個小孩話，可以； 兩個小孩的話， 可不可以帶就不知道了．我們又不會留下一個小孩，隻帶回來另一個小孩的．所以開始問的是給三個人（老婆，小孩們）重新辦綠卡的情況．不隻到您是否清楚，如故老婆那到ＳＢ－１， 我們能把兩個小孩一起帶回來嗎？
-There is not such limitation of immigration law. As long as these two children are < 2 years old and it is the first time for mother (green card holder) to enter US with the children, the children will get the permanent resident status at the port of entry.
