回複：兩次140辦485的問題

我的情況是辦了兩次140， 都批了，一個是PERM (PD 2008)， 一個是NIW (PD 2011),並且兩個有一樣的A#，我有兩個的APPROVAL NOTICE ORIGNIAL COPY. 覺的這樣的CASE 應該挺多的。

現在perm的排期到了，我想自己辦485， 但是想盡量不與公司有什麽關係，所以想用NIW的 140 （不知道這樣說對不對），這樣的情況，是不是有什麽特殊的步驟，link上兩個PD? 有些人說不用連，有些人說要，暈。

還是與別的一樣，隻要付上兩個140，在cover letter 說明。

想自己弄，因為費用問題，但是又怕自己辦砸
