H1B SO out of states!

去年年底，我老板因官司關掉公司倉皇逃走，沒有給我發正式的公司解雇信。 我由於超級無知，沒有及時轉H4，一拖至今。

現在麵臨的選擇是：
1，硬著頭皮向移民局遞交轉換H4的申請。
2, 回國簽H4。

請各位給判斷一下以上哪一種選擇更有可能僥幸過關？
在國內簽證需要出示Paystub嗎？像我這樣的Case,你聽說過有僥幸簽過的嗎？

有律師說交$1000可豁免逾期拘留，聽說過嗎？
還有律師說，如持續跟移民局申請，充分解釋自己的無辜，最終可能獲得同情得到Visa. 即便不能得到Visa，可能移民局會要求我出境簽證，到時可以以孩子小沒時間為由申請豁免境外簽證。這種說法可信嗎？

辦加拿大移民是一條出路嗎？

非法拘留180天和一年的懲罰一樣都是10年不能入境嗎？

我大學畢業後就來美國了，現老公的工作尚佳，我們剛買了房子，生了一雙女兒，確忽遭此大劫。請大家獻策！多謝！
