不知何去何從

現在移民局還沒有我outof states 的紀錄，選擇境內申請，怕申請遞上去被拒，非法居留記錄在案成為事實，回國簽也變得不可能。回國簽，又怕拒簽後10年不能入境。兩難啊！想再多方吸取一些經驗和建議，多掙紮幾天，再作定奪。謝謝你上次的回帖，但我對上告實在沒把握，範洪禹律師樓的人答複說我如果被拒，不可能上訴。
