Thanks, 8 teacher, if H1B extension (submitted on beginning of Aug) is only approved for until middle of Nov,and my perm is still pending in middle of Nov,

-If your PERM was filed one year ago before your H1 reaches the 6 year limit, your can extend your H1 for one year beyond the 6 year limit no matter whether the PERM is pending or approved.

then after middle of Nov, won't I be out of status? if that case, how do I keep in status?

or if my perm is approved, and then H1B 1 year extension is also approved based on approved perm, I can submit I-140, but if my I-140 is denied, is that one year extension still valid for me to stay?

what I-140 REF need bank statement for? do they want to verify the wage or they want to verify the transactions which match the financials or not?

-USCIS need your employer to prove that the employer has the ability to pay for you and the employer's bank statement is one type of such evidences.
