Urgent help:在大學申請post-docH1. 今

年六月份答辯, 九月份thesis release，　完成了Ph.D. 所有的要求．但是正式diploma 要明年一月才能拿到．　學校給開了一個statement of completement的證明，　說是等同diploma. 十月份通過Premium Processing 申請post-doc Ｈ１．結果移民局要求補材料．　說須證明＂Holds a United States baccalaureate or higher degree required by the specialty occupation from an accredited college or university." and "statement alone will not suffice", 並要求12月份之前寄給他們．不知咋辦．　學校說它們能做的就是開這個statement了．　另外，　我一個朋友和我一樣的情況，　她就辦下來了．我該怎麽回複移民局．　有知情者望告知，　多謝．
