我現在為academic的H1B,剛得到一個industry的interview.
1. 是不是我一定隻能等到下個年度H1B開始使用（十月一日）才能開始工作（假設新雇主的H1B能順利批準）？
-Not really.
2. 在新雇主為我遞申請之後，而在批準之前這段時間，我還能用現在academia的H1B工作嗎》
-Yes. You can work for the industry company after they file the H1 transfer for you, but you have to stop working for them when the H1 transfer is approved if this H1 transfer approval is before Oct. 1. Then, you can work for the inducstry company again on Oct. 1.
Another choice is that you just ask the industry company to file the H1 transfer for you now, but you can still work for your current school until Oct. 1, then you can begin to work for the industry company on Oct. 1. The H1 transfer approval for the company will not affect your academic h1 status to work for the school.
