我現在為academic的H1B,剛得到一個industry的interview.

1. 是不是我一定隻能等到下個年度H1B開始使用（十月一日）才能開始工作（假設新雇主的H1B能順利批準）？

2. 在新雇主為我遞申請之後，而在批準之前這段時間，我還能用現在academia的H1B工作嗎》
