the job which I applied to the industrial company is similar to what I am working as right now in academic (research). So does this mean "I have not changed my field" with regard to my EB1 application?

Addition question is that, since my current H1B (non-cap academic category) belongs to a different category than the H1B visa from industrial company (65,000 annual cap), therefore, in my case, can I simply ask for H1B transfer or it has to be a new H1B application (because of non-cap vs cap)?
-Do H1 transfer (same procedure as the new H1 filing), but need to get the new cap. H1 transfer means your H1 status portable from one employer to another (irrelevant to cap or non-cap).
