請教大師，我老公正在申請EB1-B的綠卡，剛拿到了140，準備申請485。我和孩子們現在在加拿大，我有幾個問題：
1． 我們的孩子剛在加拿大上大學，他們是否要與我老公一起申請485，還是可以等到我老公拿到綠卡後再申請？他們能否拿到綠卡後繼續在加拿大完成大學學業？
2． 我因有特殊情況想等幾年後拿綠卡，如我想要作為老公的dependent來申請，可以最遲隔多久申請？有沒有時間限製？除了結婚公證，孩子們的出生公證，填寫485，還需要準備其它材料嗎？
