非常感謝8大師百忙中的指教. However, our chrildren will be over 21 years old after they graduate from university. Can they still fill I-485 at that time？（The third choice you mentioned)

我有特殊情況想等幾年後拿綠卡（我們都是加拿大公民），如我想作為老公的dependent來申請，可以最遲隔多久申請485或824？有沒有時間限製？

在申請485或824時，除了結婚公證，孩子們的出生公證，還要準備其它材料嗎？
