The situation is:

employer filed a H-1B transfer petition with Receipt Notice date 1/3/2011, intended employment (effective date) on LCA and I-129 is 2/14/2011, approval date is 03/28/2011, so it is totally legal to work starting from 1/3/2011 into the future without "stop"?
