thanks, thanks, one of my worries is gone. Thanks.
If I worked for A company using F1 EAD from June 2010. Another B company applied H-1B for me and got approved in August 2010 (effect from 10/01/2011)! I had told B company I was afraid not be able to go work for them. However, they didn't withdraw their H-1B petition for me (to show they sincere? or just being lazy?). Should I stop work for A company on 10/01/2010, and sued B company and let them revoke my H-1B and then I could work for A? Or I just ignore B company, since I really have no control over H-1B that could suddenly offered to me?
Can I argue that I couldn't control if some strange company just wants to give me a H-1B petition? There is no signature of mine in I-129 form!!!
