but on the approval notice, the valid date is started from a day that is 3 months later than the Receipt day. As I wrong again?!

 Let's say, Receipt Notice day is 02/02/2011, the valid date on Approval Notice is from 04/18/2011 to 04/17/2014. Was I illgal during the period (02/02/2011 - 04/17/2011) to work?!

-After your new employer files the H1 transfer petition, you can work for him immediately based on the H1 portable rule of AC21, but you have to stop working if the H1 transfer is denied or the H1 transfer approval is earlier than the H1 effective date. For example, if USCIS receives your H1 transfer petition on 1/3/2011 and your new H1 effective date in the LCA and I-129 is on June 1, 2011, and the H1 transfer is approved on May 1, 2011, then you can begin to work for the new employer from 1/3/2011 until May 1, 2011. Then, you have to stop working on May 1, the date your H1 is approved, and work again on June 1, 2011, the date your new H1 is effective.
