結果今天接到了當地local USCIS的信件，說我 "appear to be indligible due to inadmissible under section 212(a)(2)(A)(i)(II) of the Act for a violation of any law or regulation of a State, the United States, or a foreign country relating to a controlled Substance."  我現在整個人都懵了，這封信是否代表我的I-485被拒？

-Not final denial yet, but USCIS will send your the denial notice very soon. You had better visit the local office to see why they made this recommendation and what documents you need to provide to justify it for the case.

 是否還有挽回的餘地？

-Yes, you still can file I-485 motion to reopen or file lawsuit to immigration court after you get the I-485 denial notice. You had better find a immigration lawyer to help you out and I think you still have a good chance to get the green card. So, talk to a immigration lawyer as soon as possible.
