Yes,I have copies of all the documents on my misconduct including the original police report, court document stating becuase it was 15 years ago so they have no record of my case, and the lawyer's letter of legal opinion. I will make an appointment tomorrow. At the mean time, can I still work using my EAD and travel with my AP?
