Help! - Question on H-1 which will expire soon

Hi -

can anyone provide advice on my case?

my H-1 expires in Feb 2012. My company started recruiting for my position and found qualified candidates. The company's policy is to restart the recuriting process in 6 months. and there is the risk of finding qualified candidates again. Also the perm has to be filed 365 days before the expiration date of H-1, i.e. the latest in Feb 2011 for my case. So I don't have enough time left on my visa to go through the process. Can anyone give me some advice? Should I go back to school? or apply for a Canadian green card? How long does it usually take? Do I have other options?

一步recruiting時,找到了qualified candidate,公司政策要等半年再年重新recruit. 但Perm需要在簽證到期前前365天提交.因 此時間
