回複：再次請問皮匠老師和8老師，比較複雜的一個問題

我的eb2 485已交很久，priority date 是5月24號，剛剛錯過了10月份的排期，估計11月份排期會當前。但是我的配偶需要10月底回國工作。我打算遞交eb1，用pp，請問如果遞交140同時替我配偶和我自己遞交485的話，大概多久可以打指紋呢？

是不是一定要等到140批準了才會處理485呢，
-No. But I-485 will not be approved before the I-140 approval.

還是遞交了485 就會直接要求打指紋？因為hu*****and呆的時間不多了，我想賭一把，請問成功的可能性（指打指紋和AP）有多大？
-Hard to say, but I am sure he will not get the green card beofre he leaves US on Oct.


我的擔心就是我的485 批準了，配偶就隻能在國內等，因為我們要有小寶寶了，會很不方便。可他又必須的先回國處理工作的事情（辭職也不能說走就走）。請問我如何做最有利？
-He had better use AP (based on his pending EB2 I-485) to visit China and come back any time before the AP expires. Even his EB2 I-485 is approved when he is in China, he still can use the AP to come back.

申請了eb1是不是好一些？這樣就算他要在國內等也不必在擔心排期拖後了？
-I do not see the necessity to file the EB1 in your case because your EB2 PD will be current soon.


另外，我因為寶寶快生了，不好去做體檢，我的485 材料不全會影響hu*****and的485申請嗎？
-Possible yes. Normally only the primary applicant I-485 is approved, and then the dependent's I-485 is appvoed later though there is some exception cases sometimes.
他已經作了體檢。



可以給我一份配偶遞交的材料清單嗎？我好像看到過鏈結，但記不清了。
