我的hu*****and還沒有遞交eb2 485,因為排期一直沒有當前。他現在是以h4簽證來的。我主要就是擔心他沒有遞交485，我的排期當前485批了，他就隻能在國內等。

-He can come back to US to file the I-485 when your EB2 PD is current. Normally USCIS publish the cut-off date (PD) in advance one month for the next month PD, so you will know whetehr your PD become current one month earlier and thus, your spouse has enough time to come back using H4 visa.

所以好歹遞交eb1,交485可以有保障一些。請問我的想法對嗎？

-Even if he files the I-485 with your EB1, he still needs to get the AP for the travel and this may take some time. Also, if your I-140 is denied, his I-485 will be invalid. You also waste a lot of money for EB1 filing and that is not worthy.
