I should file H4 immediately and don't pay salary myself..
If I get a job later, I can reapply H1B, at that time i will have 6 months (leftover from 6 years h1b )+ 3 years (from old I140) total right?
-Correct as long as your current employer who sponsored your I-140 does not withdraw the approved I-140. Using the approved I-140, you actaully can apply for the H1 for another 3 year beyond your 6 year limit again and again until you get the GC.
