-Not true. So, you need to ask your employer not to withdraw teh approved I-140.
2). In this case, what if he extend for 3 yrs now and then if his company revokes the I140 after he leave the company, will she/he be able to use the extended H1 to join another company within next 3 yrs?
-Yes. The H1 status is the same as the regular h1 status, so you can transfer the H1 to another employer within the 3 year duration.
