請教Pjiang and 863211老師，EAD delay，會不會影響將來485批準？

請教Pjiang and 863211老師,
NIW priority date 6-19-2006， 現在用EAD公司工作，我是主申請人。
現在EAD 8-10-2010 expire，我5-11-2010提交了延期申請，到現在沒有receipt,check has not been cashed.我擔心EAD會delay.沒有EAD，我不能工作。
1）如果我有幾個月不能工作，沒有salary, 這會不會影響我的485？將來移民局會否問詢這個細節？

2）我可否為公司先工作，公司後補我錢？合法麽，我看到有人說可以，有人說不行。

3）老板待我很好，可您覺得他能幫我什麽呢？

4）若我能夠unpaied vacation,可不可以？ 是否影響485？

問題很多，很亂，多謝老師耐心指教！
