Are you sure you sent your EAD application in the correct address? USCIS has changed the EAD applcation filing address recently. You need to find the correct filing address from the latest I-765 Instructions at USCIS' website.
多謝老師。我覺得還是寄到了正確的地址，而且我也有證明郵局完整投遞的證據。隻是案子放在那裏無人處理。我打電話催了，人家說要等待30個工作日，然後再催。現在係統裏沒有我的信息。
It is very weird that you do not get the receipt for such a long time, so you may re-file a new application.
