I am not Pjiang or 863211老師，my opinion

現在EAD 8-10-2010 expire，我5-11-2010提交了延期申請，到現在沒有receipt,check has not been cashed.我擔心EAD會delay.沒有EAD，我不能工作。
---Call to ask why you haven't got recept yet and tell them you need it by the end of July (this is your problem, work on this!!!) --Do you have evidence they received it?

1）如果我有幾個月不能工作，沒有salary, 這會不會影響我的485？將來移民局會否問詢這個細節？
--As long as you have a job offer, it is fine

2）我可否為公司先工作，公司後補我錢？合法麽，我看到有人說可以，有人說不行。
--You can not work without EAD, that is illegal--although some ppl did do like that.

3）老板待我很好，可您覺得他能幫我什麽呢？
--Nothing at this point.

4）若我能夠unpaied vacation,可不可以？ 是否影響485？
--yes/I don't think so
