Hi 863211,

Our current status: EB3 485 pending.
My daughter is going to College this year, we are Canadian citizens; don't need AP to travel outside of US. How can she reinstate her H4 status if her I-485 is denied and how can she apply her financial aid?

By the way, what is AOS? Will her status be updated to AOS automatically or we have to do something to change her status from H4 to AOS?
