1）我現在是要做H1B的transfer是要在4月1號後提交，10月1號才開始生效嗎？

是從10月1號到12月14號嗎？

還是有三年的有效期從今年10月1號到2013的9月30號？
-Yes, but your employer needs to indicate this duration (有效期 從今年10月1號到2013的9月30號) in the Form I-129.

3）如果是從10月1號到12月14號；我還得接著做H1B的extension，我什麽時侯能file我的H1B的extension呢？是等transfer的H1B被approved了；還是要等10月1號以後？ 有沒有可能H1B的transfer和extension合起來一起file, 或一個I-129呢?
