3）如果是從10月1號到12月14號；我還得接著做H1B的extension，我什麽時侯能file我的H1B的extension呢？是等transfer的H1B被approved了；還是要等10月1號以後？ 有沒有可能H1B的transfer和extension合起來一起file, 或一個I-129呢?
