兄弟姐妹I130表格填寫有幾個問題請教各位，謝過先

姐姐公民想幫我親屬移民，DIYI130有幾個問題，請教一下。

1）。 第10項：Alien Registeration Number 是指畢業後實習期OPT卡上的A＃ 嗎？

2）。 第14項：If your relative is currently in the US, complete the following: He arrived as: ________ Arrival I-94 date authorized stay expired, as shown on form I-94 ________

先做過F1學生，後轉H1（I797）expiration date 是2012年6月，最近出國回美國拿了I94白卡，隻給兩年有效期，即2011年6月。雖然海關解釋說其實仍以I797上日期為準。但我究竟需應將那個日期填到I130表上呢？是2012年的或是2011年的？

3）。 第十八項："Address in the US where your relative intends to live". 填現在的住址行嗎？（和姐姐不是一個州）以後我每次搬家我姐都要通知政府更新I130內容嗎？

4）。第22項：“Complete the information below if your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status. A). Your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status to that of lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in ( US city ) ( US State ) B). If your relative is not eligible for adjustemnt of staus, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in ( foreign city ) ( foreign country ). "

我今天在美國但十年後可能在中國，我是否應該A和B都填呢，還是隻能填一個？如果填B的話，是填寫廣州嗎，北京行不行？填A的話，住矽穀應填San Franciso嗎，還是San Jose？
