1）。 第10項：Alien Registeration Number 是指畢業後實習期OPT卡上的A＃ 嗎？

- This means your sister's A# (if any), not yours (you do not have A# yet). If your sister does not have this A# (cancelled when becoming US citizen), just fill "N/A".

再問：B和C大項中分別都有個第10項，都要A＃。您的提示適用我姐填B中的第10項。而我要填C中的A＃，真的可以不用填我實習OPT卡中的A＃ 嗎？OPT卡A＃是9個數字。另外，未來我公司也可能為我申請勞工卡移民，那時候移民局是否會給我另一個A＃？那個步驟時給呢？


2）。 第14項：If your relative is currently in the US, complete the following: He arrived as: ________ Arrival I-94 date authorized stay expired, as shown on form I-94 ________

先做過F1學生，後轉H1（I797）expiration date 是2012年6月，最近出國回美國拿了I94白卡，隻給兩年有效期，即2011年6月。雖然海關解釋說其實仍以I797上日期為準。但我究竟需應將那個日期填到I130表上呢？是2012年的或是2011年的？

-－填 "2011年6月". I also remind you here that you need to extend your H1 status before 2011年6月, not 2012年6月 because your H1 status will expire 是2011年6月 (the I94白卡). You can also go to CBP to change your I-94 to 2012年6月 now if it is CBP's fault.

－－多謝。我按您的提示填了表。不過還是要說一句，我過海關時問了兩個辦事員，其中一個耐心跟我解釋說，目前進關時，若I797有效期大於兩年的，海關I94就“隻給兩年"。且我並“不需要”兩年到期前去Extend I797。難道這是海關或移民局的新政策？美國政策多頭，令人一頭霧水。
