This form should be filed/filled by your sister, not you. So, most of the information required in the form is related to your sister, only some is related to you.

姐姐公民想幫我親屬移民，DIYI130有幾個問題，請教一下。

1）。 第10項：Alien Registeration Number 是指畢業後實習期OPT卡上的A＃ 嗎？
-This means your sister's A# (if any), not yours (you do not have A# yet). If your sister does not have this A# (cancelled when becoming US citizen), just fill "N/A".

2）。 第14項：If your relative is currently in the US, complete the following: He arrived as: ________ Arrival I-94 date authorized stay expired, as shown on form I-94 ________

先做過F1學生，後轉H1（I797）expiration date 是2012年6月，最近出國回美國拿了I94白卡，隻給兩年有效期，即2011年6月。雖然海關解釋說其實仍以I797上日期為準。但我究竟需應將那個日期填到I130表上呢？是2012年的或是2011年的？
-填 "2011年6月". I also remind you here that you need to extend your H1 status before 2011年6月, not 2012年6月 because your H1 status will expire 是2011年6月 (the I94白卡). You can also go to CBP to change your I-94 to 2012年6月 now if it is CBP's fault.

3）。 第十八項："Address in the US where your relative intends to live". 填現在的住址行嗎？
-Yes.
（和姐姐不是一個州）以後我每次搬家我姐都要通知政府更新I130內容嗎？
-No. You just need to inform USCIS about everytime your address change by filing AR-11.

4）。第22項：“Complete the information below if your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status. A). Your relative is in the US and will apply for adjustment of status to that of lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in ( US city ) ( US State ) B). If your relative is not eligible for adjustemnt of staus, he or she will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in ( foreign city ) ( foreign country ). "

我今天在美國但十年後可能在中國，我是否應該A和B都填呢，還是隻能填一個？

如果填B的話，是填寫廣州嗎，
-填寫廣州.
北京行不行？

填A的話，住矽穀應填San Franciso嗎，還是San Jose？
