在遞485的同時為H4 Dependent申請EDA, 在485批準之前若EAD失效, 是否仍保持H4身份? 查了一下, 隻有如下解釋, 似乎什麽都沒說.

Do I still need my H-4 if I already have an EAD?
Since H4 doesn't allow employment, it doesn't make sense to extend your H4
status if you intend to work and have already obtained an EAD.
