在遞485的同時為H4 Dependent申請EDA, 在485批準之前若EAD失效, 是否仍保持H4身份? 查了一下, 隻有如下解釋, 似乎什麽都沒說.
-The H4 holder does not need to have EAD if he/she does not want to work. H4 status is irrlevant to EAD.
