I received the attorney's email that my H-1B petition has been approved with a new 1-94 card and becomes effective on Oct. 1, 09.
My previous status was F-1 visa, but it was terminated in March (a couple weeks before filing the H-1B) by the International Office of my school due to unauthorized work hours (over 20-hours per week when school was in session). The International Office doesn't support me to re-instate my F-1 for some reasons.
Do I have to travel and re-entry to effect my H-1B? Is there a problem if I'd choose to stay at the US? Will it give me a trouble for my future status petition such as green card?

According to PJiang's 談出境"激活"簽證, "這張 I-94 保證了你在美國境內的合法身份。" ... "即使你的身份已經有了 OOS,也並不意味著你就一定會要出境"激活"簽證。" Given this, can I totally believe that "在境內的身份違例一筆勾銷,不再對你將來調整身份 (I-485) 有任何的影響。"?
I'm afraid that the 7-month gap (March to Oct. 1st if I'd stay at the US) would give me some troubles in the future. Can PJiang or any experienced people give me any ideas? Thanks for your help.
