急!! 持加拿大護照和I485入境惹大麻煩, 請各位幫忙出主意?

我回中國一個月, 前幾天回來美國時. 持加拿大護照, 提供2007年的I485收據和兩年有效的EAD. 入境惹大麻煩, 人先放行但護照被扣. 給傳票60天後再裁決. 請各位幫忙出主意? 謝謝!!!

傳票如下: Order to Appear Deferred Inspection---US Department of Homeland Security
You have not established conclusively that you are admissible to USA; therefore, you are ordered to appear in person at the address. A final determination will be made then concerning whether and under what conditions you will be admitted to this country. Your passport has been retained. It will be returned to you in person when you report to the address.

我英語不好, 入境時官員的大概意思是: 既使持加拿大護照, 也要有AP才能入境美國. 他們說, 如果隻有 I485, 那是no status. 如果隻作純加拿大公民入境, You try to stay in USA.
