No, she was deported, because her 485 is invalid and after fighting uscis for half year uscis still asserted her 485 is invalid and she must be deported. She was escorted to flight back to home country by uscis officials. There was no way to save her case and status, though people tried hard to save it.
Of course, she came back to US after being deported, but that was because of the legal status of her hu*****and,which has nothing to do with her 485 issue.
