h1b transfer時h4是否需要一起做transfer?
-Not necessary. If H4 I-94 does not expire soon, you do not need to renew the H4 even if H1 transfer is going.

另，h4在遞交轉F1的過程中，這時h1找到新工作需要h1b transfer, h4決定放棄轉F1,仍隨h1做h4, 那麽手續按正常h4辦理或者有什麽特別需要考慮的嗎？
-Just need to withdraw the F-1 application and nothing specially needed to do (Also see answer for Q1).
