h1b transfer時h4是否需要一起做transfer?

另，h4在遞交轉F1的過程中，這時h1找到新工作需要h1b transfer, h4決定放棄轉F1,仍隨h1做h4, 那麽手續按正常h4辦理或者有什麽特別需要考慮的嗎？
