那麽我的h4不就是肯定會被deny嗎?
-If your h4 is denied, you just need to file a new application and you can be legally present during waiting just as you do now (as long as you have not received the denial notice, you are legally present even if your hu*****and is laid off). Anyway, as long as your hu*****and has H1 valid status, you can get H4 statu anytime.
