那麽這個時候不就等於我超過180天沒有合法身份了嗎? (從2月底到8月底)
-The H4 pending time is not counted as the gap even if the H4 will be denied later. The gap is from 2月底 to the date you filed h4 and stopped there, and will continue after your H4 is denied.
