大俠,急.I-129 withdrawal

請問大俠, i-485 filed in 2007, i-140 was approved before filing I-485. was laid off, the company filed i-129 withdrawal. will that impact my green card application? Just checked processing center for I-485 timeframe, which is already 20 days passed my I-485 filing date. I haven't filed for ac21 yet (i am with another company). do i need to file ac21 asap? i may have another offer in 1 month from another co. what should I do? Thanks very much.
