do i need to file ac21 asap? i may have another offer in 1 month from another co. what should I do?
-Your I-485 will not be affected. But you had better ask your new employer to send a letter to USCIS indicating your employment status such as job title, resposibilities, salary, and indicating your job change is meet the AC21 requirement.
