sorry, one more clarification

Sorry. One more clarification - you mentioned that my new employer should indicate my status transfer statisfies ac21 requirements, including i-485 pending more than 180 days? I wonder should my employer state that in the letter?

given the fact that my new employer may have no knoweldge on the days of pending i485 other my current job description/salary. does it need to make a statment in a letter or leave the judgement of statisficaton of requirements to the USCIS (i.e. omits the statement in the letter and gives only plain language of job description/salary)? Please advise.
