緊急求助皮匠和各位大蝦們：I-140補件--9089表格

我的案子是substitute the beneficiary for approved Labor Cetificate,USCIS要求補件--"such *****ustitution requires the filing of a new Form 9089". 我是不是要重填9089表格? 重填的時候,section A-1 "Are you seeking to utilize the filing date from a previously ted Application for Alien Employment Certification (ETA 750)"要選"YES"還是"NO"? 感激各位高人的幫助!
