非常謝謝sdfsdfsdff的回複，我是普通的商業專業，在進出口公司工作,我的案子是substitute the beneficiary for approved Labor Cetificate。現在重填9089表格的時候,section A-1是關於是否要用之前的priority date,具體如下 "Are you seeking to utilize the filing date from a previously submitted Application for Alien Employment Certification (ETA 750)"要選"YES"還是"NO"? 再次感謝!
