緊急求救PJIANG老師和各位大俠：I-140第二次補件 ----substitute the beneficiary for

USCIS第二次要求I-140補件。懇請各位大俠幫我看看，我到底需要提供什麽：

我的案子是用以前同事的labor certification，因為她已離開公司--substitute the beneficiary for an approved labor certification。當時遞交I-140的時候，我的律師沒有要求我簽任何關於substitute的東西，也沒有要求雇主提供任何同意substitute的材料。第一次補件時，USCIS提問為什麽beneficiary突然名字變了，我的律師寫了一段解釋。現在USCIS又要我補充：

The petitioner's response to the request for evidence states that it wants to subsititute XXX for the original beneficiaries, YYY. Such Subsititution requires the filing of new form 9089 signed in original and dated by all parties. Therefore, please such form signed by the subsitituted beneficiary, the petitioner, and the from preparer.Please note that a copy of the signature of any one of the parties is not acceptable.

我認為是不是要填一份全新的9089表格？但我律師說，如果重新填的話，就要重新辦PERM, 以前那份就作廢了，priority date也就作廢了。我律師說隻要我在以前同事的9089表格的第8頁和第9頁上簽名就可以了，可是，那上麵分明顯示的是別人的名字，我能就這樣在別人的名字下簽個字嗎？

我很著急，不知道該怎麽辦，懇請各位大俠給與指點，萬萬分感謝！
