Hi folks,
I am a tenure-track assistant professor. I have filed my I485, with a priority date in March, 2006. My first three-year H1-B will expire next April. My friends told me that I can continuously use my EAD until my green card is approved. Others think it is a little risky.
I am wondering whether I can file my H1-B extension myself. If so, what can I do? If not, do I have to use my attorney to file the extension?
Merry Xmas and happy new year to the folks in this forum!
