My situation is that, my school did not apply for my H1-B when I did that three years ago. Instead, the HR issued me the offer letter, and I hired an attorney to apply for H1-B for me. I am wondering that I have to use my original attorney to file the extension for me. Bummer, I hate to pay for the expensive attorney fee.
